abc recognition scheme
To ensure the quality of candidates provided, abc runs a unique recognition scheme for candidates.
Any candidate who is placed into temporary or permanent recruitment will be checked against 10 work standards set by abc and quality scores on these areas are given by the employer.
Candidates who receive high scores in these quality checks will receive a certificate of recognition for their "Commitment to Excellence" which could be used to present to future employers to prove their professional approach to work ad help gain employment offers!

Once a month the abc team picks a top scoring candidate and organise a presentation of our exclusive "Ambassador of the Month" award which can include gifts of monetary value, local press recognition and a coveted place on our "Wall of Fame".
